Can I view physical material samples or visit your studio before deciding
Yes, we welcome visits to our Hillview Terrace studio, where you can explore large-format physical concept sample boards of our microcement, Tadelakt, lime plasters, and Cloudlime finishes. To ensure our technical team is in office to assist you and avoid any clash with off-site meetings, studio visits are by appointment only. Please reach out to schedule a time before heading over.
Do you undertake commercial, F&B, and retail projects in Singapore
Yes. We specialize in custom commercial installations, including high-traffic retail feature walls, seamless restaurant floors, and custom hand-troweled microconcrete bar counters. We work closely with interior architects, main contractors, and designers from design consultation through to site execution.
What is your lead time for project execution?
We generally recommend a lead time of 1 month from project confirmation to site execution. This allows sufficient time to prepare customized physical sample boards, refine tones or textures based on your feedback, and schedule surface preparation. For larger-scale or bespoke projects, lead times may extend to 2 months to accommodate custom material imports and technical logistics.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfers, PayNow, and Credit Card payments. Preferred Methods: Bank Transfer and PayNow (no additional fees). Credit Card: Card payments are processed via CardUp and incur an additional 2.6% processing fee.
Do you have samples for viewing?
For Cloudlime (Paint Purchases): Yes! We have large 30cm x 30cm physical sample boards available for viewing at our showroom. Once you find a color you like, you can also grab a sample pot from our online store to test it on your own walls. Aftertouch (Bespoke Services): Since every installation we do is highly customized, we don't use a set gallery of generic samples. Instead, once you share an inspiration photo with us, we will formulate and create a bespoke sample board tailored specifically for your space.
Do you offer installment payment plans?
We currently do not offer in-house installment plans. Payments are structured on a milestone basis according to your project scope and agreement terms. We accept PayNow, Bank Transfer, and Credit Cards via CardUp.
Do you have a minimum project size or order value?
For site application services, our minimum project scope varies depending on the material and system selected. Please refer to our full rate card on our Resources page for complete pricing details. For smaller DIY projects, feature walls, our Cloudlime limewash paint and Casein Primer can be purchased directly without any site minimums.
Do your finishes come with a warranty?
Yes. We provide a 3 year workmanship warranty covering issues such as delamination or unexpected surface peeling due to material defects or application error. Our warranty does not cover underlying structural building movement, active water leaks behind walls, or accidental physical damage post-handover.
Do you conduct site visits before quoting
We conduct site visits when necessary to inspect surface conditions, verify measurements, and firm up the final proposal. For standard spaces with known dimensions—such as new BTO bathrooms or straightforward feature walls—an initial site inspection is generally not required, and an accurate quote can be provided directly from your floor plans and site photos.
